We accept eligible returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging included.
Return Guidelines
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be free of stains, odors, damage, and signs of wear.
Final-sale, personalized, and custom-made items are not eligible for return unless defective or incorrect.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are nonrefundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
